We have created a list of some of the most Frequently Asked Questions and the answers to them.

As outlined in our ‘Welcome Back’ video we will be publishing more information on arrival times, access points over the coming days and we ask that you regularly check the clubs social media channels ahead of all matches as this information may change.

FAQ’S

I am a season ticket holder (STH) / member and I have seen on the website that I need to get a ticket for the forthcoming matches – do I need to contact the club?

 No, when the club contacted you back in September, we allocated you the section of the stadium you requested. This will be displayed on your ticket. This ticket you have received is your ticket to access all matches at The Pure Stadium when fans are permitted.

 I am STH / member. I have my ticket for the main stand with a seat allocated, how do I access the stadium?

 Please arrive as normal using the pre allocated turnstiles. Stewards will check you have access to the main stand before allowing you past.

 I am season ticket holder (STH) / member. I have my ticket for the terraced section of the how do I access the stadium?

 Please arrive as normal using the pre allocated turnstiles. Stewards will check you have access to the section you are trying to access stand before allowing you past.

 My friend sits nearby in the main stand can we sit beside each other at the matches.

 No, all seats have been allocated as per individuals’ personal circumstances / social bubbles. All seats that have been allocated to STH , members or online purchases are marked with a green disc and seats that can’t be used have been taped up.

 I have a ticket for the Pinetree Garden Terrace, and I am thinking if it rains that I will want to move to the Jack Carr stand for shelter – is this allowed?

 No, migration around the stadium is only permissible for refreshments and to use the bathrooms. The Jack Carr stand will be blocked off at either end with stewards checking tickets for access.

I have a ticket for the Blowick End Of The Main Stand but it says it is closed?

It is the terracing that will be closed not the seating area.

Can I purchase a ticket at the stadium via the club shop or cash on the gate?

No, all tickets must be purchased online. If you’re purchasing a ticket for a friend on your account you can assign their name to support NHS Track and Trace.

Can I purchase a paper programme at the stadium?

No. Printed programmes are available to pre-order only and the deadlines for Farsley and Alfreton have passed. You can still order a pdf version via our online shop which will be mailed out ahead of the game if ordered by Midday for Farsley, or 9am for Alfreton.

Will paper copies of team sheets be available?

No, if you can please follow the clubs social media channels for this information.
