Given the announcement that fans will not be able to return to The Pure Stadium the club has worked around the clock to ensure that season ticket holders can still enjoy all the action as the season unfolds.
All season ticket holders and members will be provided with free access to all League, FA and FA Trophy matches played at home for as long as article 48 (UEFA ruling that prohibits matches being shown live on a Saturday between 1445-1715) is revoked. The price per match will be £9.99 which, including the two FA matches, equates to a saving of £4.77 on an adult seated season ticket.
We are deeply grateful to those who have chosen not to request a refund. We also fully understand in these difficult times that the refund was much needed by those who requested one, and we hope it goes some way to relieve some financial pressures. To date we have only received two refund requests.
We are aware that we may be able to recover the VAT element of those ‘refunds’ that are not refunded. To this end should we not hear from you by the deadline below we can create an internal refund and treat the unclaimed refund as a donation. This effectively means that the club can benefit to the tune of £225 on an adult seated ticket as opposed to £187.50.
To this end we will accept and process any refund requests until Thursday 15th October at 1pm.
